What about Shatners Boson!
What probability level though? Things have fallen through like this before.
no chance, they 'found it' a year ago and have been working to make it sigma 5, im sure its true.
They only need to recreate it a few times at 5 sigma and hopefully improve to a 6 sigma level and it would be undisputed.
ATLAS reached 5-sigma. CMS reached 4.9-sigma. Two different experiments reached the same conclusion.
So does this mean I'll get my hoverboard or a definitive explanation as to why it's not possible soon?
Just a quickie, if we knew this particle already existed and this is just the confirmation, how will/can it impact innovation in the future?
I am fascinated and pleased with the engineers who have helped the physicists and mathematicians in this amazing feat! Well done to all![]()

Being able to identify it may mean that we can manipulate it. So hoverboards by 2015![]()
