It's based on an Indie Devs guess, plus some sales ending the day before. It's not concrete, but it's more likely to happen then than today.
Its cause there sooo cheap you can't resist, I bought games in winter sale just cause they was cheap, wouldn't of bought them otherwise
Dunno why people keep making up dates
The sale will be here when its here not like we're all short on games to play anyway

Also the 12th is based off of deals ending the day before and a hint given by an indie dev.

Making up dates would be like, the 42nd of July. I reckon that's when it'll start
