I'm looking to buy a replacment all in one adsl router to replace netgear dg834gt which is running hot and dropping wirless twice a day.

I think I would like a Asus DSL-N55U but I dont know if its the best choice.

I want USB ports allow share printing, wired Gigabit ports and 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands

So the DSL-N55u seams to fit the bill any others I should look at?

anyone?

Draytek might be an option? never heard of them but get good reviews.

Is the Asus DSL-N55U a good choice?

Or maybe another netgear, but I have not been very imprsed with the last couple work suplied. Drop wifi, fried board, but ADSL conection is quite good if wired.

This is seemingly a pretty good one, there is also a thread about it Here

Thanks for that, yes Billion 7800N get good reviews but they dont have a usb port on them which means I would need to get a sperate printer server which I was trying to avoid if possible.

Twin usb would be nice, one for a printer and one for backup storage over network. But could live with one port...

Do not buy this router. It is an absolute pile of unfinished sh*te. Not many of the advertised functions actually work. There is no support from Asus. Firmware upgrade promised for April is still in early buggy betas. There are hardware problems. Basically stay clear if you want to lead a happy life :)
