The Walking Dead game

Does anyone know a place other (and cheaper) than Steam to get the PC season pass? Seems a bit of a gyp paying £20.99 for it on Steam when I can pay 2000 points (less than £16) for all of the episodes separately on Xbox.

If not, might just go for the Xbox version and get Ep2 played tonight.

EDIT: NM... went for the 360 in the end. Thought I'd be smart and queue up my downloads before adding my points, so had the trial of Episode 1 already downloaded in advance. I add my points, choose to unlock the full episode and... it's downloading the whole lot again. Nice!

Connection is being a total dog, too. :(

achievements are bugged in the 360 version, ive unlocked 3 achievements, went to continue playing an hour later and they've disappeared. seen it reported elsewhere that only the final two achievements are working correctly.

Can't believe that EU PS3 owners don't have this available to them yet - everyone but us is playing it :(
Last time I buy a season pass for anything.

I've played it but not finished it yet. What I have noticed is there are a lot more pauses before scene switching this time around, Not too long, but much more noticeable than with Ep1

Downloading this now - huge fan of the comics and loved the first one so I'm looking forward to this. The reviews say it rocks!

Finished first play of episode 2 yesterday, and this is totally blowing me away so far.

Some of the decisions really weigh heavy on you, and as much as you might start off trying to play it ambivalent and be the good guy, eventually lines will be drawn -- and you find yourself making choices you never thought you would. Absolutely fantastic interactive storytelling. Can't wait for the next, and really want to sit down and get the wife playing so I can see just how she does it.

Just finished Ep 2, enjoyed it, good stuff.

Was playing with my gf watching for most of it, all I'll say is that if there ever is a zombie apocalypse watch out for her. Ruthless.

Wow just finished EP2 myself, this game is fantastic! Very adult in theme (rather than being all **** and decapitations, do people realise that those things are not adult?) left me questioning my own choices and motives, i even regretted decisions and attempted to atone for them, real masterclass in story design and scripting.

EP3 in August :)

TellTale has apologised for the delay on the recently-launched second episode of The Walking Dead and promised the next entry will drop next month.

“Although we can’t give you an exact date at this time, we can say that episode three will be ready in the middle of August, and that we and our partners will do all that we can to release all platforms and regions as close together as possible,” TellTale said in a blog post.

The developer thanked fans for their patience during delays to the second instalment’s release; it was good two months between the first two episodes, and European PlayStation 3 owners had to wait an extra week on top of that.

“Our goal from day one has been to deliver your game episodes as quickly as possible, and where we can, simultaneously across all platforms and regions,” TellTale wrote.

“We’ve been working closely with our phenomenally supportive partners to try to make this a reality. We will continue to work on this and furthermore, we will strive to improve our communication with you so that you know what’s happening. Please rest assured that we are doing all we can to get your game episodes to you as quickly as possible.”

The first episode of The Walking Dead sold over a million copies.

Thanks, GameTrailers.

/Rolls around laughing.
I'll believe it when I see it - my prediction is end of September / early November.
Next time a game is released like this, I'll be waiting until all episodes are out rather than buying a season pass. That being said, the game itself is brilliant.
