How do i put one on one and one on the other

So you have 2 cars parked perfectly legally but their pay and display tickets have, somehow, fallen off the dash but even though you can see it on the seats, and you can tell they're still in time, you want to ticket them because it's not displayed on the dash.

It's easy to do. Step into the road in front of that moving bus ;)
