MacBook Pro Retina Bag

Anybody got any recommendations for 15" MacBook Pro bags?

The only bag I like at the moment is the HardGraft - Flat Pack Heritage but its too small for a 15" MacBook Pro. Anybody know of any close alternatives?

Looking for a good quality, simple shoulder bag.

Fashion statement that holds your fashion statements, of course it's not cheap!

Surely a bag that holds a "retina" 15" macbook will hold other "non retina" 15" macbooks equally well?

That HardGraft bag is only for iPads or MacBook Airs. I really want something pretty much exactly the same but for a 15" MacBook Pro.

STM bags are really good. I have the STM Vertical for my 13", holds my iPad and lappy along with a mag\notebook and all cables. They do one for 15's as well.

Thanks for the replies guys. The Boa Nerve looks a little bulky for my liking but the Cobra Courier M is perfect. Love that is comes with a removable sleeve as well.

I think its between that and a Cote & Ciel Backpack (I know its not a shoulder bag) now.

$195 for a bag, that's much bet... seriously?!

I slung my MBP into a Foof, which got slung into a Swiss Gear £25 ruck sack. Was mint when I sold it, not a mark on it.

If I'm going to spend £2000 on a laptop I might as well get something nice to keep it in

That's the same crazy logic audiophiles use to spend silly money on magic fairy dust cables that run the sound through Jesus's vocal chords on the way to the speakers.

The laptop can be somewhat justified as it is quite unusual considering the display it has, but the price of that bag is crazy!

STM bags are very well constructed and have great customer service. I managed to trap the shoulder pad for my STM Alley bag in the locking mechanism of my boot, only way to get the boot open was to wreck the pad, enquired about buying a new one and they sent me one free, good people.

Not going to suite someone looking at expensive leather bags though perhaps.

I'm looking for a backpack type bag for my MacBook Pro 13".

Not wanting to spend over £50 though. :cool:

That is quite a nice bag. Obviously not as nice but for the price you can't really compare the two. Will keep it in mind thanks.

Isn't STM based in Aussie land?

So you'd have to buy from another online retailer/re-seller or incur a massive charge for international posting?

Or am I getting that wrong
