I've bought two fans to put on the kuhler so although i could use the four stock ones (two on each diagonal corner) i really would prefer another four as two doesn't feel very secure as the screws are a very tight fit.

I read in another thread here that i needed 6-32 screws [x 1-1/4" for an inch thick fan]

Would this fit ok? Found it on fleabay, unable to find any black ones.

I'm pulling a 120mm fan which is on the base of my case and droping that in so it's push/pull. Should have plenty air coming in from the 1900rpm noisy Skythe one at the front. Will get pics up once its done.

Yep push pull and intake of cold air from outside the case seems to be the way to go if you want cooler cpu temps. If you want lower case/gpu temps exhaust the hot air our of the case/antec. See this image and link. Antec did some thorough testing regarding performance/intake/exhaust on the 620.

Thats rather interesting, think I'll be having a nice play when the bolts arrive.
Are you running your fan splitter off the same fan header as the cooler or just from a mainboard header?

I run the fans (the new ones) off of the fan controller on my 600t. I've plugged the pump into the CPU FAN and disabled Q Fan in the bios.

LtMatt: Instead of buying bolts off the bay,you have a very good engineer's merchant in Norwich, 'Cromwell', 2 Burnet Road, Sweet Briar Road Industrial Estate.

I use their trade counter at the branch in Bristol, where I got some nice black 'Socket Head Button Screws' to secure a fan to my case.
They have branches all around the country.
