When does a rich person become wealthy?

I was just wondering, due to the fact of being rather confused. When does a rich person become wealthy?

I mean is someone who is super rich say R. Abramovich become wealthy? Or is he also wealthy and rich at same time?

When is the threshold of rich becoming wealthy?

Is it at very rich, very very rich, super rich or mega rich?

This has been going around my mind for some time seeking an answer.

Please advise if you can.

It's when some one becomes Richie Rich that they become wealthy. Very very rich, super rich and mega rich are nothing compared to being Richie Rich!

Wealthy: Having a great deal of money, resources, or assets

Rich: Having a great deal of money or assets; wealthy.

They're the same thing.

Wealthy and rich aren't two different levels on the scale of well-off-ness, rich means -

Having a great deal of money or assets; wealthy.

Depends on your social circle.

For example some would think you as 'rich', if you could afford to 'go large' at Mc Donalds.

When the amount of money coming in exceeds the amount of money being spent. Which means the person wont spend all the money and end up poor again.
