Did my last drive in my car before selling tomorrow... and the alternator died 90 miles from home. Call to the mobile mechanic and it was fixed whilst in my meeting but why did it happen today??

Got up. Spent day at PC working (gambling). Made £130, watched various quiz shows between races, then went out this evening to get some shopping in from Tesco's. Just settling down to chilli, rice and garlic bread followed by toffee syrup sponge.

Woke up around 10, dozed magnificently until about 1300 hours when I got up, breakfasted and showered and whatnot, then set my phone to backup while I watched Tyrannosaur, which I loved. Then updated phone (S2) to Ice Cream sandwich while listening to squeeze and reading a book about mountaineering. Then lawnmowing, dinner eating, put the bread machine on for tomorrow, washing up and sorting clothes washing out (mum's away

). Finally a bit of bassoon and piano practice before settling down for an evening of internet. So all in all today hasn't been a complete waste, and that's all I need to be happy.

Eat some Lindt 90% dark chocolate (may contain hazel nuts). Bull **** they do contain traces of hazel nuts! I was in a state of anaphylactic shock, shaking, retching, asthma, dizziness and what felt like large amounts of pressure on my brain!

I wasn't getting better so went to Worthing Hospital to be safe. The Doctor I saw was really polite and helpful and recommended adrenalin via IVF, but unfortunately I'm needle phobic and it was at this point I was appointed the most obnoxious ****ish size six blond Barbie doll nurse Worthing Hospital had to offer me. So I left after about ten minutes without relieving any of my symptoms, shaking, retching, asthma, dizziness and what feels like large amounts of pressure on my brain! I hope someone vomits in nurse Ratchets face and gives her a really nasty disease ♥!
