True, but the temptation of finally getting what I've been asking for and total of 500+KG in plates. I wants to squat

Your sure it's only 170lbs? Because that's Not A Lot™. Even 170kgs is Not Much™.
For all you ladies who squat fans; stumbled on this video today:

Pretty sure it's lbs as I'm currently doing 160kg on the plate loaded leg press and it's far far far harder.
The variation from machine to machine can be massive! And surprisingly a 170kg stack really is easy, also the forces on your back could be very different and make one seem a lot harder then the other.
I would be shocked at any gym having a leg press that only goes up to 77kg
Hips are so tight :\ despite warming up fine I really struggled with depth on squats today, to the point where I stopped and started using machines. Did a fair bit of soft tissue stuff on them and they're a bit better, still pretty tight though.
Guess that's what happens when you're not very flexible and you're squatting/deadlifiting every session?
Positive it's 170lbs as I use to do lots of sets after squating as well last year.
All the machine they had cept the new ones were in lbs.
Take a pic of said machine and google it to see
