How often did your dad use the 100bar? Their internals are largely made of plastic so don't last that long from experience. A family member bought a Karcher from Makro for £99 which was on offer and came with all bits. This was almost ayear after I bought the Nilfisk 110bar (110.3 model). The Nilfisk gets used twice weekly and has done since 2009~. The Karcher stopped working a year later.

The Nilfisk cost £40! A bunch of others here bought it too and have had equally excellent life and support from Nilfisk regarding replacement hoses/ends etc.

Keep an eye on it, with regular use it probably won't last long!

Edit*
Interesting observation, the Karcher 100bar didn't feel like only 10bar less pressure, it felt like a lot less.

Can I ask where you bought this for £40? Also, did yours come with the foaming attachment and did it work well for snow foaming your car?

The Range but that offer ended years ago! The foam attachment that came with it is very basic so better off buying a proper one for £50 from cleanyourcar.co.uk.

The hammer brand is a load of BS as most of their other tools fall apart but the hammer is quite good, has a magnet at the top to hold nails. It will come in handy on the head for sure.

I mean nail head.
