Recovering contacts from Samsung Galaxy S .sbu file

Hello,

Recently upgraded my partners phone from Gingerbread to ICS and everything is working fine.

Realised after that i backed up her contacts with Samsung Kies and now Kies wont recognise the phone to restore the backup.

Anyone have any idea how i can rescue her contacts?
