These are awesome, used to only use gaming headsets...had a tritton 5.1 set before but I found the positional sound too unsubtle and distinct.
These are great, I'm using cmss 3d and they give just as good positional sound but now it sounds normal, not like "that tank is obviously to my left" anymore.
Oh and for music these are great, don't need a amp I've plugged them straight into a creative mp3 player and the sound was nice and full.
I guess the advantage of surround sound headsets is the positional sound is extremely obvious where things are in the game, but I just found they sounded naff.

Parts seem a bit over the top to play l4d and minecraft.
Better to overkill than be dead on spec imo...
Looks right to me. If you're going to build something then go for the best price/performance ratio.

I bought one of these to replace my old radio alarm.
Stuck an old iThing into it, so far so good. I have the big brother Zeppelin, but John Lewis was doing these for £199 today as they have a load of factory refreshed versions in stock and knowing how solid B&W are it was well worth it. £100 off normal list price.
Also bought one of these for ease of use when I'm rushing.

I have that coffee machine... not just easy... I love the taste of the coffee... columbian is my fav

Agree great coffee, have the same machine but without the milk frother.
