I found pad is the way to go. I used my PS3 controller.

I have no problems using the keyboard/mouse, I am a true Batman in my fighting skills etc. :p



But I imagine that a pad would be better for this sort of game.



Can't believe some people are having second thoughts on BAC/BAA at that price :D

They are easily my best games in years, great game play, story, graphics, voice acting and loads to do! Pretty much every review has rated them very highly.

I see batman arkham city HQ revenge DLC is now 66% off, priced at £2.71 now.

Think I will buy it! :D

Total of about £5 spent :p :o

And once again I fall for another Steam sale, up until now I'd only bought Binding of Isaac but that was on a recommendation from a friend - I didn't want any new games I've got a huge list of unplayed stuff from xmas still to play.

Just signed in this morning and walked away with all Civ 5 dlc + Gods & Kings, Civ 4 complete and Civ 3 complete. Someone PLEASE take my card away from me!
 
I bought the Bethesda pack and the Ubisoft pack. It was annoying though that you can't download an entire pack unless you do it when you buy it. I was downloading them all after I had moved Steam to another (bigger) drive, but when they were downloading I realised they were still downloading to the old location, so I had to delete the old location and restart steam, but then it didn't start redownloading them all, and there is no way to re-start downloading a pack! :(. Now I have to download each game one at a time :mad:

I didn't miss it. I just refused to pay for it at that price :p
I hope it comes up again but I won't complain if it doesn't.

Not sure whether I want to pick up Batman AC. I haven't completed AA yet because I get bored with the fighting. It's essentially glide kick into a pack of enemies and mash the button until all are dead. I really enjoyed the story though :/
 
Argh batman:AC and LA Noire on sale today, will get La Noire, but Batman:AC I might wait for Xmas sale to see if a GOTY version is available or if it's cheaper.

EDIT: Ach I forgot to buy The Witcher Enhanced edt.

Bought from dust as it looked quite good.

Downloaded in steam thought that was me ready to go, but nope. It then seems to install another program called uplay which I need an account for, but lo and behold theor servers are down and i cant create an account and so cant play the game.

To top it off their link to the support page is a dead link.

I'm guessing they didn't have too many 60% off keys which is why they put it up at an unsocial hour. It's 40% off now so I hope it does come up again on a daily for the people that missed it.
I was thinking it would have been a good idea to wait and see if it came up again but then decided to just grab it after reading all the favourable reviews, which may bite me in the ass when/if they put it on a daily @ 75% off :mad:
