got clamped in private car park

Why not keep 4 clamps in your own car/van, park in whatever private car park you like, and put your own clamps on your wheels?

Clamp proof, or would they clamp your clamp?

lots of comapines use the 3 prong type basically jack the car up as far as poss let tyre down rotate clamp and wiggle it off to the rear or the front when u have the wheel turned full lock depending which way you want to take it off

then pump up tyre or fit spare drive of one undamaged clamp left at side of raod not a thing they can do about it

if its a chain over axle type you will have to cut the chain but all the court can charge you for is the price of damage to the chain or cable not that they will persue it

done it tons of times at my old wotk for people untill i was threatened with disiplinaries lol

its not a criminal offence to remove a clamp or it still wasnt when i did it last.. btw

this is a reason to take up the hobby of lock picking a good skill to have, and quite fun and rewarding to practice.

Lock picking is so good and fairly easy once you get the hang of it.

Was funny getting into people's rooms at uni and hiding under their bed until they came back and scaring the **** out of them :p

i have never used the skills for evil, most times its a freind locked out of thier place, the 3am call i get is lost my keys is the most comon one.

but back to motors my strat. is you and any other peeps in the car start making calls to mates calling for back up, then sit down and remove lock. worked for me.

OP - did you go to Pepipoo for advice!?
Lot's of shouldawouldcoulda help here, but to actually take positive steps to getting your hard-earned back, they're the guys to see...

I read that if you disable the lock in a way, like glue it all up etc, then by LAW they must remove it or break it off themselves right there and then without having you have to pay for anything.
