choice of motherboards

Due to circumstances i now have a choice between two motherboards

i am currently using

Asus P8Z68-V PRO Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard

With

Intel Core i7-2600K 3.40GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155
Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
Asus Xonar D2X 7.1 PCI-E Sound Card
Crucial RealSSD M4 256GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive
Asus GeForce GTX 680 DirectCU II TOP 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

is the below motherboard better than the asaus, will i bennifit more from the below board ect

Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard

Anything particularly wrong with your current board?

If its working fine and you just want a change of board for the sake of it, then its a waste of money.

Well the Gigabyte is the better board as it uses a newer chipset so you get native USB3.0 support, LucidMVP (instead of plain Virtu)
