Not a heavy weight but 26 inch waist 48 inch chest.







I'll start the ball rolling. I know Nigel Davis (ex pro bodybuilder)above, a number of "strong-men" and women bodybuilders, but the most interesting I have met was a guy by the name of Morris Goodwin. He was a heavyweight boxer and wrestler who used to represent the UK against the Americans (police). He also used to knock around with and box with/ Pat Roach (Auf Wiedersehen, Pet ) . I believe he also had the acclaim of wrestling somebody called "Big daddy". Anyway a huge mountain of a guy about six foot eight and really nice to talk too.

He's got quite a track record.
Incidently Nigel's running a strongman competition on or there-about Sept 1st in Fenton Stoke-on-Trent where a mate of mine will likely be trying to take on Eddie Hall. I'll be there shouting him on :D

Plus i know/work with a couple masters who still compete.

It's certainly giving me the temptation to compete, most folk i have met have been top notch.

I sound weird don't I? Great arms and delts. Usually makes me laugh when a female bodybuilder comes in to the gym and shows most of the guys how it's done.:D I have nothing but respect for their guts and determination.

She's a like a mini pocket rocket, so tiny but really makes up for it in determination.

But she gets downgraded as her temper has gotten her into trouble, she has a habit of saying it like it is.

I personally think she's a top lass.

And no you don't sound weird, like myself you respect the dedication it takes, a lot of folk think you lust load up on roids and off you go.

If only it was that easy.

Yeah he's ok. What kind of condition is he in at the moment? All this sort of modelling for the cameras does my head in but given his kind of work I suppose it is considered part of the job. Do you actually speak to him?
