***The Official Samsung Galaxy S III Thread***

OK I'm rooted and after a week I feel like I need to start flashing some custom Roms. My preference with the previous galaxy phones was SGS1 cm based, and SGS2 Samsung based. Can I ask what is considered the better currently and is there a "fix" for the annoying clicks in audio playback. Thank you so much.

CM10, all core things are working. Some bugs with wifi tethering and camera sometimes FCs but those are minor as everything else is working according to XDA.

I doubt I'll use it with no exFAT support it's a bit of a no go unless I reformat my card to Fat32 or EXT4. Although it does mean I get USB Mass Storage back as opposed to MTP...

I'm using Omega 8.1 at the moment and like it although it's the first time I've used android and it's the only custom rom I've tried.

Just in case anyone else was looking for a way to turn the volume rocker into a skip track button here's the mod I've used which works perfectly.

Ah yeah, it sounds a bit dodgy at the moment, but a lot better than previous releases so it should be fully working soon.
 
Can anyone recommend a good LED app to customize my LED notifications and screen off widget (where the screen doesn't turn off then flash to the lock screen quickly).

I'm expecting my s3 to be delivered any time now - should be a slight improvment over my sony ericson C510 :)
 
What's the best deal about for this atm then? My Galaxy S contract was up a couple of weeks ago and i can upgrade whenever.

Typically i want 300mins, unlimited texts and a good amount of internet.
