Oh dear god,

So I expect a graphics card at 12 today guess what im waiting at one and all of a sudden?

Your Item has been delivered before the guaranteed time no proof of signing to see.

I call up RM And they cant give me an answer cant call the driver cant help me tell me to call back later O_O

Got a hold of there management number just waiting for some information now.


Apparently drivers sometimes pre sign for items before delivery if they know they will be late..... RUBBISH... I use RMSD all the time and this has never happened to me before why sign if you don't know if you can make the delivery for certain or not.

Thats what I thought poster above that they cannot pre sign for anything without actually delivery but apparently all my years of experiance using them is wrong.

Why sign for the blimming thing when its not delivered ive used them for years and this has never happened yet i'm suppose to believe all of a sudden some driver has pre signed my goods and not turned up right because pre signing goods is what they are suppose to do? great drivers they are.

I'm guessing I'll return home (as the wife has now got to go to work) to find a SD note saying they tried to deliver at 12.59pm. I can't even find a number to call them on!

How ever I got no card nothing and no attempt has been made yet it has been "delivered"

I live less then 5 mins from the delivery depot where the items leave from how can they get lost in less then half a mile.

We do this at ASDA home deliveries. Our bosses bonus is based on a few things, and number of one time deliveries is one of them so she gets us to sign early to keep our stats up. May be the same as RM.

Its shameful if they do turn up after pre signing it.

How ever Im not going to be this hopeful my experience in the past few years with them tells me other wise pre-signing? Rubbish.

Customer service? They are ridiculous. They barely can answer the basic questions I gave them I was extremely polite they all seem to be plebs hired direct from derp school.

Brilliant. It's been a day delayed. It's showing as out for delivery in Aberdeen??? Even though I'm in Gloucester. Guaranteed means absolutely nothing no wonder the company has issues. They should be forced to give back more than the postage as I've had my wife waiting in all day for it.

They'll refund if they fail to deliver before the specified time, which makes this pre signing thing even worse as they're basically defrauding the customer as they're not getting the service they pay extra for.

Yeah I know that but refunding the postage really isn't a big enough incentive for them to deliver on time.

Coupled with the wasted day my wifes had.
