Fallout games would have been epic if it wasn't for the poor movement.

So glad I bought Railworks 3 now for £3. Just loved the last 2 hours carting some freight through the Mojave Desert.

Was never able to get into Fallout New Vegas, Fallout 3 worth a try? Is it better?

They are exactly the same gameplay-wise. Imo FONV is a better game, but FO3 has a tighter story which is better to follow, and probably a bit nicer world as well. Also, I think FO3 needs a few mods to get it up to scratch, whereas NV feels much better 'out-of-the-box'.

Totally different with absolutely no crossover at all. Set hundreds of years apart as well.

I could never get into NV, Fallout 3 had a better story and I preferred the setting, that's why I loved it!

So does FO3 with a mod.

Like I said, FO3 requires a few mods to get it to the state NV is in vanilla imo. New Vegas incorporates many features into it which were pretty much based on mods releaed for Fallout 3(ironsigthts, hardcore mode etc, weapons mods, companion interactions etc)

Have I got a list for you!!!! I will post a few in the Origins thread later (though tbh, there aren't many graphics impriving mods for it). I only recently finished a massive playthrough luckily so it is all fresh in my mind.
