Doesn't seem a lot but this is just for F1 2011, racing simulations such as iracing, rfactor 2, etc.

My specs are i5 2500, ASUS 670 TOP edition and 4GB RAM.

No sli, but i'd be playing higher demanding games like BF3 on one monitor.

I'll probably have to go 22" due to width of desk being 1200mm.

I'd guess my budget for each monitor would be £135 OR could I get a better central monitor and cheap side ones?

I have done a very similar thing I bought 3 of the asus 22" monitors

I use to have 3 LG monitors but they were lacking in VESA mounts so it may be something to bear in mind if maybe you want to buy a stand.

Here is my setup:

My setup plays F1 2011 pretty well with the 1 card, can play most games on medium to high with AA off.
I am maybe a bit anal but different monitors just bugs me.

Not sure which to go for. The ASUS monitor looks really nice and sleek. However, the Samsung looks an excellent price considering what it's reduced from, however i'm not keen on the design in pictures.

Which would actually be the better monitor or deal to go for?

If i was doing eyefinity with 22" monitors i would look for some 1680x1050 screens as the lower pixels would be easier on the graphics card and 16.10 does not look so long and thin

Okay, so i've decided.

Do I get 3 of them Samsung monitors for a bargain £306 or so (considering I have just one overclocked 670, no SLI - but only plan to use triple monitors on racing games and low demanding games)

OR do I get a Dell U2312 and a one samsung monitor, settling with a two monitor set up then being able to expand to triple monitors in the future?

The second option gives me the option of a better monitor, but HOW better in comparison of these Samsungs? Are these Samsungs that good I should go for 3 of them or should I get one, then pair it up with the Dell?

I would go with 3 of the same monitors, if you use different models you may end up with 3 screens all with slightly different shades of colour and brightness which will drive you nuts
