Steer clear of Brink, I played it on a free weekend a few months ago and felt like I'd been ripped off, absolute ****. Felt like a really bad version of UT3, worse graphics, worse level design, worse gameplay the sort of game that would have been mediocre in 2005 never mind the present day.

Thank you. That is money saved. I got it in to my head that I would like it for some reason, maybe a comment by someone on here, though it is possible I got it mixed up with something else I suppose. I could do with a throw-away FPS for a bit of fun really.

I enjoyed ALan wake tbh. It has it's weaknesses (ie, dont bother playing on anything less than hard on your first playthrough) and it absolutely murdered my 5850 but....i enjoyed it lol

Agree but cant blame steam for that. Blame the people who are to lazy to log in on past sales and find they have missed a deal they wanted and went running to the forums crying like little babies. Steam are repeating deals because of this sadly.
