Yeah it is fine with kb/m, I have played it with both and I slightly prefer kb/m probably. You can use a controller as well if you want. However, I don't think I would use kb/m if my mouse did not have a few side buttons tbh, though that might just be me.
 
I voted for Splinter Cell, may even buy it while it's on offer, not sure yet is it any good?

Also what's people's votes on the current deal?
 
Bought the 'Ultimate Edition' of NV, already had the regular version but worked out cheaper to buy that instead of all the DLCs separately.

Was a little worried that it'd count as having 2 versions of NV, but it seems to just be adding to the existing file :)

I presume I can use old save games with the expansions? Is it worth starting from scratch though, or will it not make so much difference?

You can use savegames, and it is probably better to tbh, as most of the expansions should be done at higher levels(15+). Bottom line though, it will not make any difference.
