OCUK Order

I have made a order on Saturday 14th via phone and selected DPD Next Day Parcel, the person on the phone told me it will arrive on Monday but I haven't received anything today

This morning, I received a e-mail from OCUK,

Your Order has been packed and is in the process of being shipped

mayby a mix up mate, should be tuesday

orders dont get picked up by dpd at the weekend.

I won't be in tomorrow afternoon, is it possible to change my DPD delivery to before 12PM?

Ocuk do have pickups on Saturday if ordered by a certain time, I think around mid day.

But as opstrat mentions use customer services.

I ordered before 12PM on Saturday and customer services is closed

I have checked the parcel number that OCUK provided and it says,

Your parcel has been received at our sortation hub

So I pressume that I will receive it on Tuesday and not on Monday

Is it possible to change the DPD delivery option to before 12PM?

I have made a order friday at 1am and pay for next day Saturday still say Printed in our warehouse at 2:30pm ask if geting it saturday said yes then call them back at 16:30 had me on hold for 10mins call them at 17:30 said be here saturday but 18:00pm still say In our warehouse queue call them saturday and get my money back never order from here now

Something tells me this guy is a troll from an overclockers competitor

And the delivery company probably picks up the item from overclockers..
