Take 10 deep breathes then return, read what the man is saying too you, he's offering you help and solutions to the issue you've stated and you're blatantly ignoring what he's writing and repeating what you're saying over and over when he's already got the point at hand you've said.

Okay, I was going to say as the Blackplate would have held up the order otherwise, so at least that is cleared up. - The main order should have shipped then, and I will find out tomorrow as to why it hasn't and I will get back to you. So if you can check the forum thread you made tomorrow morning around 9:30 that will give me time to sort it all out for you. :)

And I apologise that it feels like you have been lied too, I am sure it was not on purpose as there is no need to lie. However I can find out who you spoke to on the phone tomorrow and I can find out what is up with the order, and I will sort things out to make sure happy too. :)

Yeah I understand, then in theory should not have been any problems. - Like I say it is not something I can sort out instantly, however I will ensured all is cleared up tomorrow for you. Just chill out for the time being and take a rest and the order is in my safe hands from tomorrow. Although I have lots to do (I rarely have time to myself!) :p :)
