Still a bit overpriced for me to get it, but I'd like to say thanks to those buying AoE 3, as you're making my dream of having AoE 2 + expansions on Steam that much more likely :p

Had a ballache tonight, wanted the C&C titles, but despite having the funds in the wallet, it wouldnt process the order. Got to 15-20min before it would have expired (and it had 16min extra on the clock for some odd reason, ending at 4:18am BST) and finally started working again.

I'd have been on a proper tantrum if they'd screwed that up, i missed out on Burnout & the NFS titles last night because the steam friends list wasnt working and i couldnt get a mate to buy it (said he was offline, turns out it just wasnt working, despite functioning, ive noticed this special feature when tabbing out of a steam game and the desktop chat isnt the same as in-game. i'd moved it to my 2nd monitor while playing a non-steam game, and it wasnt updating at all.)

I agree, I was never a Batman fan (just watched the film because they were cool) and didn't expect to like AA when I first played it...

2 of the best single player games i've had the joy of playing!
 
I'm tempted by Rage at just over a tenner. But apparently it was $9.99 in the States. I thought it was only hardware which was converted directly from $ to £. :-)
