how to sleeve non-modular PSU???

Depends how OCD you are, it will look fine if you just get the sleeving as close to, or even inside the opening where the cables come out of.

Ok, thanks that will reduce the hassle, how would I go about removing the single sleeved 24 pin powerconnector on my OCZ?

You'll need a modding tool set which can be obtained for £6.50 on eBay. I purchased a set from China and it arrived the next week... much cheaper than companies in the Uk sell them for plus you get a set of four tools instead of just one !

One tip - Buy 50% more heatshrink than you need, I learnt my lesson when braiding mine, had to go to maplin and buy more after messing up a few times :)

Not at all, I would reccomend Nils over anyone else. All of my braiding was from him and its such great quality but as said before I made the mistake of thinking 50 pre cut heatshrink would be enough as it sounds a lot but it really isnt 100 would be my minimum to allow of damage and incorrect fitting etc...

MDPC is a little more expensive than the rest but the quality far exceeds anything else on the market to date IMHO

One of these piccys will come in handy when reconnecting the pins aswell ;)

Please could you trust me the links to the bay pages?

Going by the MDPC website the SMALL braid is suitable for single psu cables ( the 24 pin & all GPU cables)

SATA is just a standard size and LARGE is designed for thicker USB cables or if you fancy doubling up some PSU cables into one braid

Heatshrink uses the same sizing scales so just marry them up to size braid you buy

I found some cheap braid so I can practise on my sata cables/ old PSU, should I buy it (£2.75 for 3m of UV Blue) and (£2 for 5m of blue heat shrink)
Thanks

Or you can buy standard ATX/PCI express extension and sleeve them, that way you don't need to modify your PSU at all.
