Makes one appreciate more reasonable police in this country. From looks of things civil war is slowly braking out in USA.

wow, american police are something special, firing non-lethal rounds at women and children??? cowards the lot of them.
Not trying to bring the race card into this but majority of police white and protesters majority of them were ethnic, worrying underlying tones being displayed there?

Question is, how can he be drugged? Unless drugged by the police? The effects of any drugs would have worn off by now since he was at the cinema.

My instinctive assessment from what I saw of him is that he is mentally unwell. I could be wrong, but if he's not on drugs (which I can't see being the case) then he is just very very sick. The defense will probably call for an insanity plea whereby he'll spend the rest of his life in some mental hospital.

You needed that bit of footage to tell you that? The guy thinks he's the Joker and burst into a cinema opening fire on members of the public with a semi-automatic weapon.

I think it's been pretty obvious he is 'mentally unwell' for a dew days now.
