Minecraft Patent Lawsuit

Anyone else think the patent system is a little flawed with all the lawsuits flying around at the moment... :confused:

The entire patent system is fairly stuck in the past, it never really caught up with the digital age and the way technology has changed.

I dislike his stupid hat! why always with the hat, and heard several reports of him being abit of an arrogant swine at various games conventions.

No concrete evidence of this. Im just not to keen on the chap, hope he wins this case though, It seems Uniloc have nothing better to do than sue people.

I think it's possible to dislike for reasons other than them being more wealthy or successful than you.

Personally I don't mind the guy, though that recent drama with Yogcast painted both him and the Yog guys in a bad light imo.

You have to have proof of ID to open a bank account, god cannot prove it's existence, because proof denies faith and without faith he is nothing, therefore anyone with money is richer than god, as he can have no assets.

Was this his anger at their use of profanity at Minecon? if so, I think he was justified, due to the amount of children there whose parents wouldn't want their offspring to be exposed to such language.
