Looking forward to this. Please keep posting the photos and updates as will be starting my own build when I get in later tonight depending on how many sherbets I have after work.. May be best if I leave it until Friday night but not sure I will be able to not just have a try... "what could go wrong.." , I know what I am like... Meant to be joint project so will have at least one steady pair of hands.
Anyway I will be using the same case and very similar gear so please do keep posting and let me see what I have coming and whether I need to be 100% sober to start it!

Ok sir...done instaalin optical and hdd ..ill do psu now...will post again when i nned help ty^^

Put the optical drive in the bottom bay. This stops the DVD tray getting hampered by USB cables in the front ports. Pop out all the metal blanking plates in those bays too, to help air get in :)

Guys this is magic stuff and exactly what I need. Yuukee can you post a couple of picks with just PSU in case? Thanks and good luck.

Honosuseri I hope you are on when I am sticking all my parts together :D

It's possible.

I forgot to mention. I move the fan off the side of the Z9 (makes a racket if left on the side panel) and I mount it at the top of the case. So i have 2 120mm fans on the ceiling wired to the fan controller ;)

i only took 2 outs one for drives and another extra one...shall i take out other two blackplates too ?

Pop out the one above the DVD drive in the pic and I have my optical drive one bay lower.

You cant replace the PCI blanking plates at the back of the case so make sure you pop out the right ones when fitting the GPU etc.

Remember the connect the power button to the front panel aswell or you'll panic and wonder why it doesn't power on lol

okay done as u said and lowered my drive one step down...also my iinput output shiled aint being place and hard to do from inside for z9 ..do we place from outside?
