Mobo Mounted...fckin hlll the screwwssss: [

ok time to do cable and gpu...hono where does led fan goes psu?also that black cable frm back fan where to ?
 
I moved the black and white fan to the front of the case. It's powered by molex so plugs into the PSU. The HDD etc are at the front so you'll easily be able to connect it up.

The front fan i put in as exhaust (where that black fan was), you don't plug it into the mobo there will be a fan header on the mobo.....like what you plugged the heatsink fan into ;)

I also have 2 fans on the ceiling of the case i run the cables through the lil holes behind the mobo tray and connect them both to the fan controller. The fan controller also needs molexx power from the PSU to power the fans and the digital temp display

Hopefully that'll help you make sense of how to tidy the cables a bit ;)

In the top right corner, the black cable is the molex fan (i have this at the front). The yellow cable is the P4/8 aux power extension cable, it shows you how to route it behind the mobo to keep things tidy and improve airflow. The clear cable is the LED fan, trace that cable down and you can see where it plugs into the fan controller

If you leave it where it is you can plug it into the fan controllers molex connector at the back of the mobo tray as you can see in that pic.

I move it to the front (replacing the LED fan) and plug it into the PSU leads that power the HDD. It's really down to you bud.

I have the 3 LED fans surrounding my heatsink and the non LED fan at the front. Personally I think it's the best setup but you can do whatever you want with the fans
 
No it's ok bud dont panic. I can't see what you have done with the case. Did you route the P4/8 cable behind the mobo before you screwed the mobo in place?
 
Well i'm off out soon to play pool in the league anyways. I can't promise I'll be around tomoz but you might be lucky ;) There are plenty of others here willing to help, if you get really stuck :)

I'm still waiting on the Bitefenix rep to send me their fan controller and fans to review. Once i get these I'll strip my rig down, takes lots of pics and try to do the "ultimate Z9 build guide" at the same time.

Ok it's not going to help you but the Z9 is a great budget case and hopefully all this advice will help others on the forum. Andys thread is already quite good but I have a few tweaks of my own he didn't mention ;)

Well all done jus nned to do cabling..and it was clear when i was testing otusdie case...now insidie case..wow its like mage....with mystery l0l.....i got minfcked fro that innner part of case...if he had guide for cabling...i will marry him [ no homo jk]...got tired and had to do dinner stuff...so try adn do cable tomrrow :(
