Shockwave and Waiting to play logoff sound (explorer.exe)

So im really frustrated because im having big trouble with shockwave on all my browsers. My main browser is SRWare Iron, i get this problem with an unknown plugin has stopped working (use to say shockwave has stopped working) can't watch any videos etc

here are my plugins

Iv tried unistalling shockwave and reinstalling but no luck

When srware ask will it stop the unknown problem, i say no and I got to watch a video and the video is stop start stop start

my other problem is the Waiting to play logoff sound (explorer.exe) at the shutdown screen. I think its suspencious that when the shockwave error happens 9/10 the Waiting to play logoff sound (explorer.exe) error occurs

looks like im not the only one stumped by these faults

Firstly it's not Shockwave, it's Flash. Disable every plugin except Flash and see if you still have problems.

As for the other problem just go into Control Panel and change your system sounds to 'None'.

thanks for the reply. Yes iv disabled everything and still have flash trouble

as for the other part, that hasnt helped either
