What's the need for protein and creatine just to loose weight?

Creatine bloats you out and can seriously **** your liver up if you don't drink enough water.
Creatine = Bad
It seriously needs controlling and in very small amounts with other things... by the way men were 3x stonger in the past and dident use creatine, it's called hard work...

Well I eat some fruit about 10:30am, lunch I eat salads with meat and egg.
And for dinner, I have something bad like chips, pizza.

you eat healthy all day and they eat carp at night ?
