How Do You Start Your Day?

On a weekend i aways exercise, 1 sit up as i get out of bed. Breakfast is a bacon butty, if i fancy a change then its bacon and sausage.

Creatine = Bad

It seriously needs controlling and in very small amounts with other things... by the way men were 3x stonger in the past and dident use creatine, it's called hard work...

If you wan't to lose weight, which shouldn't be difficult at your current size you don't need to be supplementing with Creatine or Whey.

You would be better served getting your nutrition sorted and creating a lifestyle change that involves a balanced healthy diet.

I wouldn't even consider supplements in your scenario until you have your diet sorted.

Get up, every other day rotate going for a run or swim and 20 mins circuit training.
Shower.

Bran flakes and a glass of milk for breakfast and sometimes some fruit if I don't feel full.

As others have said, your breakfast is totally inadequate. There is no need for all that ****, you just need a decent fibre filled meal. Get rid of all that nonsense and replace it with proper food, because in the long rong you will regret it.

Out of interest, what do you eat for dinner / snacks / tea?

I wake up, Take a ****, Wash my hands.

For breakfast I have Oatmeal + Random Green Smoothie + all my supplements

If its a Gym day I do 1\3 of a 3 day split. If its not a Gym day I just relax and do nothing. I work nights, So I have nowhere to be in a rush.

Shower, Use my Manly L'oreal Men expert exfoliator and Moisturiser. I Clean my teeth with Pronamel.

On a Saturday I head into sheffield as I do Wing Chun on a Morning(Only recently started)

I dont think I can get any more detailed :p

Creatine bloats you out and can seriously **** your liver up if you don't drink enough water.

Sounds like a load of scaremongering **** with reference to the Creatine! Don't get me wrong, I'm all for eating proper whole foods. Creatine though is one supplement that actually does what it says on the tin, it will certainly increase strength if used properly at low doses for short, cycled durations without any harmful side effects.

Creatine supplements have not been shown to adversely affect the liver during short-term, low-dose usage. Additionally, a study in the “International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism” found that creatine supplements did not affect the livers of elite athletes even after long-term usage.
