Heya guys I am having a really pain in the ass problem.

It comes down to 2 things, well 1 thing in particular. The PSU.

I have the Coolermaster HAF 930 case along with a Corsair VX 550W ATX Power Supply and the way the cable is made means I cannot have more than 3 hard drives plugged in at a time due to the wierdness of the cable it bends the SATA connection on the HDD at the slightest move and I hate to think if it does it when the case is closed.

I will show you a video, forgive the recording I used my camera but it should outlay the problem.

The major problem other than the amount of protection on the side is that as well as bending I will have to rotate and that is impossible.

I was hoping for any ideas or recommendations for a REALLY flexible PSU because atm there are 3-4 SATA power leads being unused and 2 hard drives I wish to install and run in my case in addition to the 3 I already have in there.

My attempt at rotating so its not sideways didnt go as well as I had hoped but I will link that one first, if it is too small you can view the other one underneath it.

On youtube it seems this one is rotated already which didnt happen with VLC or AVS Video Editor ???

Anyway, hopefully you get an idea of what my problem is...... I Hope.

I got the haf 932 case and a corsair tx 850 psu so i feel your pain, damn cables are thick as snakes :(
probably not the solution for you but i have my case against or very near to a wall on the right hand side so i just leave that side off
I did manage to fit it all in with the side on when i built it but was never happy with the amount of pressure on the connections

Thats my fear as well, just how much pressure they can take.

pm don't work on this forum mate
that adapter looks like it is a lot more flexible than the corsair but the hdds stick out quite a way. only way to know is to buy one and see. ok if you only have one or two hdds but i have about five and it adds to the cable clutter cutting down air flow inside the case

Indeed.

There are splitters that turn 1 into 2 which could help but tbh I dont care about the clutter too much if its in the front and to the side.

Gonna pick 1 up and see how it goes, if its ok ill buy another 4.

If you want I can let you know how it fits.

Please do. I have a similar problem.

Hello again chaps, I recieved the lead through this morning and as expected its quite short but it does the job extremely well and is very secure.

I will be purchasing a few more for 1 additional drive and some backups as I always keep backups of everything just incase lol (Even have my old PC right next to me lol).

Here is a video of the lead itself plugged into the HDD its kinda like a mesh cable cover over the wires and is very flexible.
