How Do You Start Your Day?

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
 
Alarms went off at 7.00, 7.06, 7.15, 7.25. Got up at 7.35. Pish, brush teeth, shower, put the news on, iron clothes, put clothes on, coffee. Realise I missed the early train. Panic.
 
Alarm goes off at 6:25. Get up around 7 ish, shower, get dressed, brush teeth and leave for work. Get to work about 7:45 - 8.

Coffee at 9.30 :)
 
Alarm 7am
Get up, put the kettle on
Relieve myself in the bathroom
Make cup of tea from pre-boiled kettle
Get back in bed with ipad
Read news until 8:30
Get up, relief number 2, shower, shave if necessary
9 get ready, out the house at 9:20
Eat something at work 10:30ish, never hungry in the morning so won't force myself to eat
 
5:45 - wake up to the missus leaving for the gym (and feel good about myself)
6:15 - hit snooze
6:22 - hit snooze
6:29 - turn off alarm and complete the triple S routine
7:00 - wake the kids, breakfast (usually toast and tea)
7:30/8/8:30 - leave for work, start time depends on how productive i feel

weekends are pretty similar. i don't get a kick out of sleeping in like i used to...
 
5:10 - get up
5:15 - eat cereal
5:18 - brush teeth
5:20 - get back in bed for ten minutes
5:30 - leave for work
5:40 - get to work
5:50 - start work

pretty much the same for day shift too, but up at 7 rather than 5.

Currently:

Get up at 3/4pm, brush my teeth get passed my daughter and take over feeding, entertainement and nappy duties.

Dinner at around 6pm, watching Criminal Minds where my daughter will laugh at the murders (I've been informed that she can't see the images on the TV but I'm not sure I believe it :().

Bath, bottle and bedtime from about 8pm.

Bottle washing, meal preparation and shower from around 9pm.

Leave for work at 10:20pm.
 
Get up
Turn pc on
Reach into my fridge for a can of coke to sweeten my mouth
clean teeth
Come back to pc.
 
This morning:
Up at 5:45. Sit on the throne for a few whilst my balance sorts itself out and my eyes get used to the light. Casually browse the iPad on the throne to Like any photos that may have been posted whilst I was fighting the undead in my dreams.

Get dressed and pack clothes for work and scoff down some beautiful tasting BCAAs. Leave the house at about 6:15, getting to the gym at about 6:40. On the gym floor by 6:45 for 45 minutes of cardio. Back to the changing rooms for breakfast at 7:30 - a nice refreshing shaker full of oats and whey. Shower immediately after where I'll use the ultra high quality soap to wash my long girly fringe and admire how I've missed a few stragglers when shaving. Never shave when you're tired.

Back to the changing rooms to put on my work clothes amongst the numerous old and sweaty men that are very quick to get their clothes off, but seem to take at least 5 times longer to put new clothes back on. Also never understood why someone would feel the need to use a hairdryer on their feet, even if they were a hobbit. In work for 8, drinking coffee and water like it's going out of fashion!
 
First alarm at 6.30.. Doze until second alarm at 7.
Make some coffee, check the morning news then hit the shower.
Leave for work at about 8, getting in 8.30ish. Eat some muesli at my desk.

Riveting, I know.
