Need motivation ( weight trainers )

Just seen this on Utube and Im itching to get some weights done



I currently only do weights at home and a limited workout at that, might be time to join a gym.
 
All I've got is dumbbells and a barbell.

Not far off.

*Chin-up bar for one of your door frames
*Bench

I guess the main thing people miss at home is the Squat rack. But I bet there is a reasonable budget/space focused alternative :-D

That's pretty much all I use... Excluding a bench and chin up bar.

Learn how to 'clean' and you can do squats with the barbell. :)

And for the record, that video was just a bit too steroid-ness for me. Not motivating at all.

Watching 58kg hotties shifting twice my PBs, however... :eek: ;) :cool:

Nothing like a chick that can snatch my body weight. Giggity. :D
