Surprised there's no thread for this already!

Just saw it tonight and it was really good. Definitely MacFarlane humour but far enough away from Family Guy to be different (helped by the lack of cutaways!).

Some really funny and quotable bits and cool to get some cameos of FG's voice actors in there too.

8/10. Definitely worth seeing.

Don't think the best bits where even close in the trailers.
The comebacks Ted makes to the manager when applying for the job was a highlight for me.
And loved Stewart going off on one about the power of an Apache Gunship.

I went to see this on Monday evening (special Cineworld Unlimited early viewing).
A really funny film. Enjoyed it all the way through and there were some real lol moments.
Patrick Stewart's role as the narratoris absolutely brilliant - just love his voice for that kind of thing.

Was alright, not as funny as it should have been, the trailer has most of the gags.

Seriously?
The trailer was edited in such a way that hardly any of the lines actually followed one another.
And seriously - the trailer had most of the gags? You are kidding right? MOST of the gags?
I'd say...what.....10-15% maybe?

I disagree that the best bits were in the trailer actually. They even cut some of the bits in the trailer from the main film.

Ryan Reynolds, the Apache, Ted with his boss etc

Most of the best gags, and they weren't even that good to start with.
