Who's more immoral, the Scots or English?

The Scots are masters at hiding their hatred and projected their hatred onto other people, the English are more - hearts on sleeve. So who are the biggest haters?

Same, well more than twice lol. I have had scots go on and on at me about what happens in Westminster, as if I personally make all the decisions.
