Officially entered my next comp, day before my birthday!
All of us from the gym are going so I'll be competing against 2 in the novice group. Both are stronger than me, but will still be aiming to beat them of course
Events:
Novice
1 - overhead medley: 50kg dumbell, 65kg keg, 75kg axle, 85kg log, 95 yolk
2 - deadlift: 200kg olympic bar reps 75seconds
3 - tyre flip: 400kg head to head
4 - Car pull: arm over arm uphill, astra + 1 person in seat
5 - load and carry(5 metre to platform): truck tyre, oak block, 65kg keg, 100kg dumbell, 125kg husofel stone
Doesn't seem overly heavy so conditioning and speed will be where points are won and lost!
