THE MOST EPIC DEAL IN THE WORLD EVER!!!!!!

On a side note, with things like this can we have some consitancy in the dimensions measurement and which side your doing first.

One is is measured in mm the other in cm. and one is long edge first then the other is short edge first.

Seems like a trivial thing but still just my two cents.

Kimbie

yer i noticed that also normal convention would be length x width x height or thickness

okie arrived today been using it a bit now thoughts

not as smooth or responsive as an icemat reminds me of a wetsuit tbh.

but am using it as a desk cover so for the price worth a try i guess but i wouldnt recomend rubber mats after using the icemat tbh gonna stick the icemat on top of it me thinks thats first impressions

anyway each to there own but i really dont see what all the fuss about these types of mat is they are big i guess

It's preference I guess. I prefer the wetsuit-type ones to hard mats as they feel nicer to rest my arms and hand on.

Is this a joke? You do realise that which way round width and length go don't matter seeing as you can turn the mat by 90 degrees, don't you? Also if you can't tell the difference between centimeters and millimeters you probably shouldn't be allowed to buy things from the internet.

Anyone got any advice on how to stop the ends form curling up so it lies flat. I can't get mine to lie flat and it really annoying me. I have tried leaving up upside down over night and re-rolling it up in the tube in the other direction to which it was originally rolled.

No it is not a joke, it is about presentation to the customer. Not having a standard way of displaying measurements looks shoddy and clearly shows no care to present the information to the customer in a easy to understand way, which could lead to thoughts of well if they can not be bothered to present measurements correctly perhaps the rest of the approach to the business is as disorganised and shoddy prompting a customer to shop elsewhere.

Yes I can tell the difference, but as a customer I should not have to, and yes they can be rotated through 90 degrees however people will use them more often than not long edge to the edge of the desk.

The long edge will always be the longest side though hahaha.

Oh my god I missed out a word, and its obvious I had meant to say "long edge to the long edge of the desk."

But my point still stands regarding the presentation of information to the customer

i agree with that tbh it should always be L x W x H (thickness)

normally presented as longest side x shortest side x height

much easier to compare

120 x 90 x 5 and
100 x 80 x 5

than
9 x 12 x .5
90 x 120 x .5

for example or

120 x 90 x 5 and
90 x 120 x 5

trying to play on rubber mat

one thing i do like it feels warmer than playing on a glass mat thats a positive at least

but its definatly not a fast or smooth i will percevere and see if i get used to the sluggish feel for now

came home from work and it still smells of rubber tho lolz
