Will a V6 Watercooling Kit 120 offer better cooling performance than a corsair h80?

I was considering getting a corsair H80 cooler but heard that they are not much better than air coolers which got me thinking if I increased my budget and went for V6 Watercooling Kit 120 would this offer better cooling performance than the corsair H80? I cant fit a bigger rad because I only have 1 front and 1 rear 120mm fan slots.

I have te EK h30 installed in my sig machine and the load temps have averaged out at around 40 degrees C, as at the moment middle of summer load temps are around 50C but when I installed the kit it was winter and load temps never went above 30C. Also its very easy to install.

That’s pretty decent! Just now I have a QX6700 not overclocked and the damn thing is hitting 85C under load. It’s a scythe ninja cooler I have on there just now.
Is the V6 kit a better performing kit than the EK h30? I would go for the EK h30 but space is limited in my case and I like the idea of using my spare drive bays for the reservoir

Can't comment on the V6 as I haven't had any experience with it. Also my house does get very cold during the winter months but I find that if I fold during those months 24/7 then I can keep the ambient temperature at a close to comfortable level. Haha

just went down the v6 root myself, intending to expand in the future, i felt myself that it's a nice way to understand watercooling though

That is how I felt with the h30 a really good starting off point gives you a good understanding of loops. My next loop will be a full custom thanks to what I have learnt from this kit.
