Do nexus branded phones have to have an RGB led?

Was just wondering that with potential of multiple nexus phones around the corner if HTC have one out what is the likelyhood of it having an rgb led as they dropped it after the desire.

I have decided my next phone will not be samaung and it seems to be between these 2 brands that the top spot is decided between.

I don't think there will be multiple Nexus phones, I think it was stated that there would be five Nexus devices, and they're probably:

Phone (whatever that is)
Nexus 7
Nexus 10
Nexus Q

Something else?

You're being silly by ruling out Samsung though, they're generally more reliable/as reliable as anything else.
