Ah,so it a custom rom? Ok,those at the moment seem to "lag up" the phone after a little while (dev is working on sorting that). I`m actually running the stock B927 and it`s been fine for me since i installed it.
Question,did you upgrade to either 926/927 before installing that rom?
 
I'm running on the stock B927, and have been for a week or two, and so far am quite happy with it, only thing I find depressing is how quickly all the memory seems to vanish, but oh well.

Otherwise, I think this is a great little phone, and for the price.. hard to beat.

Yea,thats the right way.

Try the rom on page #697,it`s based off 927 where the one your on is off 926,for me it`s much smoother,no lag/treacle feel to the ui that it did before. You`ll need to flash the rom 1st,let it boot and flash the wifi fix afterwards.

Well I don't think there is anything wrong with my wifi on the one I am on...or is it a bug that was introduced with 927?
 
Yes you are,that 927 based one in post #697 was only put up last night. Apparently there`s quite a difference between 926 and 927,when i asked how different he said "very different, framework.jar is were most of the stuff for the os is handled".
Browser? Personal taste i guess,i`m moving between stock and chrome atm.
 
Straight flash is fine as 926/927 have the same baseband,whereas gingerbread roms have a earlier baseband version.

Same procedure as the one your curently on,boot into cwm,do a wipe and also format system and flash the zip.....remember tho,let it boot/set up before booting back into cwm to flash the wifi fix. :)
 
No,on the main cwm window you have wipe data/factory reset,then below wipe cache partition. If you then go into mounts and storage and format /system from there. :)
 
Not too sure if it`s "blank" as such,just gives a rom a clean slate to flash on so there`s no conflicts with the previous one. Of course,make a backup of your current rom before doing anything so you can restore it if there`s a problem.
The baseband won`t change with wiping tho,so no need to worry about that. :)
 
best place or method to get these sim free?

edit - just ordered 1 from tesco, do I need to get an unlock code from e-bay or can I do it cheaper? what case do I want for these?
