I dont see the problem, though personally i would say no just because its annoying due to the spiky bits on their tongues.

We breathe all kinds of detritus just by walking around (Though i cannot remember the PPM of Faeces or other such things), so its hardly like any argument is going to stand here.

I let my dogs do it, never had a problem with it, nor do I really see a problem with it. Some of the things I've done over the years are probably much more 'dangerous' if we're talking about bacteria and what not. I never got sick from my dogs licking my face, in fact, I can't remember the last time I got sick full stop, so maybe it has been good for my immune system.

I voted yes, but the most my dogs would do is touch the tip of their tongues to me once or twice, they wouldn't lap at me like some dozy Labrador, desperate to please. Once of them likes licking my legs if I wear shorts though. It's not gay if you're different species, right?

And yes eating faeces in teams of the minuscule amount we ingest regularly in whatever PPM is ok, but should you plop one out and start scoffing it down?, obviously not, that would be silly.
