Ok to mix a bit of water with mayhems?

Ok so i've just set up the loop and tested it with tap water (i know i should have used di water but i decided it would be ok like this for a very short time). It all works ok, and ive begun draining the water so i can add the mayhems fluid.

I've managed to get most of it out, but there are still small volumes in both rads and tiny bits in the cpu block. I've tried blowing the other end, tilting the case, shaking it, wiggling tubes etc. but cant get the last little bits out.

Would it be ok to add the mayhems at this stage, and allow the two liquids to mix?

Personally I would nip down to halfords and get some Di for a last flush before putting your mahems in

As above its best not to leave tap water in as this contains scale ect ect. How ever Mayhems will work with it and there will be no problems but 1 to 2 drops of tap water left in a system is enough to knock mayhems from 0.1 /0.5 Tds to 75 Tds.

Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) are the total amount of mobile charged ions, including minerals, salts or metals dissolved in a given volume of water, expressed in units of mg per unit volume of water (mg/L), also referred to as parts per million (ppm). TDS is directly related to the purity of water and the quality of water purification systems and affects everything that consumes, lives in, or uses water, whether organic or inorganic, whether for better or for worse.

We mainly measure of water purification systems with in-line TDS meters and EC meters. This is how we can tell if our products are any good or total rubbish. Its all how we measure fluids that go into a system and what comes out.
