Don';t think it's a spec thing as everyone is complaining about it, basically it isn't using much of the GPU, only like 30%. I get rare occasions where it uses 80-90% and the fps is smoooooth. The game is gorgeous though, really beautiful to look at. Wish I could say more :(
 
Strange thing is, even when it is chugging along at 10 frame per second I still carry on playing oblivious to it, the game is that good. The scale of the battles is breathtaking at times.
 
No FPS issue here (alledgedly)... 50s worst, 70-100 normally

Inside it dosent drop at all, outside is when it can get tasty but at 50 im fine.

Yep as a non-subbed PS1 Vet you will be in the next wave of invites.

Epic battles with lots of action & so many players about. Shame the client crashes a lot at the moment & there's total FPS meltdown even when nowhere near action so I hear :)
 
Turn Ambient Occlusion off, was causing severe FPS drops (talking 1 or 2 FPS) for a few seconds. Turning that off has stopped that.

GPU and CPU usage are still low though so general performance isn't great.
 
I think I saw you in-game McBain... around Zurvan when it was a 3-way tussle between the factions tonight.

I turn off Ambient Occlusion, Motion blur etc as they're horrid anyway.

Also, it seem the old 295.73 nVidia drivers have helped some peoples frame rates immensely

Why do TR suck! Is it just us that get stuck with the idiots who spend hours looking at the floor or running around warpgate not actually doing much?

Has anybody had problems paying subs for PS1 in the UK? My account is set to GB but they have been refusing my payment. Put a web not in last week but so far only have a 'we're really busy' note a few days later. Might have to try web chat :(

Cool, I saw Mcbain and he added me to friends... if you see me, add me as well.. got to fight tough for the TR.

Zurvan was a bloodbath at times last night, we had a huge bottleneck I think it was near E iirc, until a few boys rolled up in the big armor and punched a hole for us to squeeze through.

Zurvan and The Crown always seem good for a battle, nice setting for it.

Thanks for this - will have a go tonight with that. Cannot really play with the lag at the moment.
