Anyone else watching this? LOL how surreal.

It's apparently about a girl who created fake profiles on Facebook to fool her female friends into entering romantic relationships with her, under the guise of a male. She then proceeded to dress up as a man, and begin alternate lives. Really quite odd.

Watched it.

It was......er unbelievable. When she's talking to the other girl outside the pub at the end saying she was abused by Conar who then pretended to be Luke so she wouldn't be mad at Conar.
I was like...WTF...as was the girl she was talking to. Didn't know whether to laugh or feel sorry for her. Obv the latter but the story is just so ridiculous.

I didn't get that because from what they were saying before it happened once which lead to her being caught. But from that conversation with the girl outside the pub it seemed like she was saying it happened a few times?

Weird documentary :)

Whats with all these "shock docs" on channel 4, is this what channel 4 thinks what people want to watch.

Actually most of channel 4's output is absolute dog, what happened to that channel.

Been like that for a while since 'reality' TV has taken over, as its so cheap to make compared to writing a decent comedy or drama.

I found it really interesting. I love documentary's like this so I have to disagree.

Out of interest what would you like to see?

A really awesome one was 'The Men Who Jump Off Buildings'

It's great

To be honest, the three 'victims' seemed as stupid as dung. I actually felt a bit of sympathy to the Gemma Barker lass, seemed like she had a bit of gender identity disorder or whatever its called. No need for the media to have gone on a witchhunt against her, even if she was seeing all three at the same time.

I must say its all very much a bizarre set of events.

EDIT: On the subject of C4's documentaries, I loved the one about Richard the hoarder. Was nice to see the follow up documentary about him trying to get sorted out on last month.

This. I know teenage girls are supposed to be somewhat gullible, but I mean, c'mon... having a 'boyfriend' who refuses to talk to you and just communicates via text message? How idiotic do you have to be to accept that? You're happy to be in intimate circumstances with someone when they don't want to take their hat off...?

Also, the occasion when er, whichever of the identities got shouted at for 'rape'... 'scuse me for being skeptical, but it can't have been that much of an issue between them if the girl didn't wake the grandmother she was living with?

Yeah, loosely I'm in agreement - their real life documentaries have been interesting in a turn-your-brain-on-and-think-about-the-implications way :D
