My cousin is looking for a cheap build for minecraft, Civ5, and running bots on Evony. hes looking to spend about £300 - £400. Needs mouse, keyboard and windows. He would probably need a mobo/graphics card with a hdmi port on it as well as he plans to use his TV

I am not too god with AMD motherboard (I know which socket he needs) but I would suggest you get someone else to help you out with the exact choice.
 
 
Argh I forgot the case!

But Passey's build is decent apart from I would get a decent HDD. 5400RPM is slow for a bootdrive.
