The question is extremely subjective.

When you say the paper means nothing, it is not the case for people who purchase it. So it is your opinion that the paper "means nothing" while the other opinion is that it's worth £1,000.

Many people already proposed answers that qualify to your original criteria. That shows that your question is poorly worded, add to that your subjective description (opinion) rather than factual description of the object in question leads to a simple outcome, there's no rational way to deduce the answer and simple guessing game ensues.

To sum it up, OP is extremely dim-witted.

The way you responded shows you're also quite rude towards people. In short ban, please for the love of all that is good, ban him now.

Dim witted is he who cannot understand that this peace of paper has no value to it at all. Shares have value as they are assigned to something, etc.

And it is not that sports team that sold shares that have no value attached to them. Which could have been it. But in this case it is not. This scheme is still going on and will go on for many years.

Nerusy nice try to push on your sad fails on to another. Can you face your self in the mirror and smile lovingly. HA! I can and I do every day!

I've had email scams from Nigeria and China that have made more sense in pidgin English than whatever the hell it is you're trying to say.

Kid, that is your opinion, if people buy them, means they perceive it has value. I am not saying it does have factual value as I do not know what is the object in question. But if you ask a question and the difinition of the object is subjective, and personal to you, nobody can correctly deduce the answer as opinions differ.

Example being, that football player selling notes that give people ownership of himself, these pieces of paper do not have value to you and thus are worthless to you, while for fans they do have value, may it be in sentiment or something else, personal to them.

However reading your reply I can safely say that you did not understand my original point (which I try to elaborate in this post), so do re-read my original point, it may help you out and please do take more time to understand the post before embarrassing yourself with a crude reply.

i've had a good long think and i've come up with another possibility. i'm confident that this is what arek was thinking of

you will need a fax machine, some tape, the fax number of a business you dont like and at least 9 pieces of paper. you will also need some way of getting around them blocking your fax machine, i'm sure this cant be too hard

first, you print or draw random rubbish on the paper, bonus points of you draw a penis.
next, you stick the paper together to form one very long continuous piece of paper.
then you start sending this through the fax machine to the business you hate. when it is part way through stick the two ends of the paper together.
this should get you a long loop of paper that will roll round the fax machine forever

leave this going for a while and then inform the business of what you are doing, and that you will only stop sending the fax, and therefore stop using their very expensive fax paper, if you are paid £1000.

when they realise that you're stopping other faxes from coming through and that you'r more than happy to let them burn through more than £1k of very expensive fax paper they will begrudgingly pay up

once they pay up move on to a different business

I'm really enjoying this thread.. am I a bad person?

I always end up reading Arek's threads. There's something compelling about the lunacy. He seems to have been smoking something particularly strong tonight though.

(Didn't stop me voting ban :D)

This is how I picture arek in his room while he waits for someone to guess:
