Awesome link, will digest that today before tonight's stress test! So looking forward to release now and joining up with the Immortals. Leaning towards Thief now, but will try get some more playtime in on other professions in any other stress tests that crop up!

Is there a big difference between the races you choose? Other than a few skills?

Not even skills really its just visually different, IE in action the Asura looks by far the best, but it still has pretty much the same skills as any other race of the same class.
They all have different starting ares and only converge at around level 30, tho you can go to their starting area whenever and quest there if you prefer theirs to yours.
(and no my first toon will not be a Asura

)

Quick question guys, do the servers have different environments? For example I was playing on desolation but if I joined another server would the environment be different?

Also, the server and class that I pick during the stress test, will I be stuck with them in the final game?

No, Everything is reset pre-launch.

that build is based on your main prof being a necro, I'm a monk.

That build works for any prof, my main is a monk also, so with that I was a Monk/Assassin. The first 4 skills are as it shows then you can pick what ever you want for the other 4. The Necro's are your main 3 hero's, you call the target with Assassin's Promise and they nuke it down with ease with Discord.
